The ground rules for using Pattalium.

Using the experiences

These terms cover the Pattalium websites, account and experiences that link here. Particular services may also provide specific terms or a separate written agreement. Contact hello@rgg.me about these terms. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain applicable and are not waived by these terms.

Your account

Use accurate information where it is required, keep your credentials private, and use only accounts and services you are authorized to access. You must meet the age and permission requirements that apply to you. Access to one experience does not automatically grant access to private projects or staff tools. You can manage active sessions and account security in Pattalium Account.

Your content and projects

You retain the rights you hold in your posts, messages, uploads, music and other work. By submitting content, you give Pattalium permission to store, process and display it as needed to operate the feature and honor your audience or sharing choices. This is not a transfer of ownership. Only upload material you have permission to use. Publishing a remixable music project permits the remix behavior described by that feature; third-party samples still have their own licenses.

Conduct and service protection

Do not use the services for illegal content, threats, harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, unauthorized access or interference with others' accounts, devices or work. Follow the community and content rules. Responsible security reports are welcome through the contact page; testing must stay within an authorized scope.

Games, mining and Palyxen

Palyxen (PALXN) is a Pattalium-managed digital coin used by supported features. Its ticker, balances and network records do not promise cash value, investment returns, external exchange listings or redemption. Transfers and supported uses depend on the service's current rules. Rewards, difficulty, daily limits and issuance schedules are shown by the relevant feature and may change prospectively. Existing balances and completed transactions must be handled according to applicable obligations.

Device mining uses your computer or phone's CPU and, when chosen and supported, GPU. It uses power and can increase heat and battery consumption. Start mining only on hardware you are authorized to use. Stop controls and intensity settings are provided; a found proof is not a guaranteed payment. Network acceptance, settlement and displayed limits determine the reward.

AI and device features

AI content can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review results before publishing or relying on them, and do not submit information you are not permitted to process. Device flashing and unlocking affect hardware you connect; follow the product instructions, verify compatibility and keep backups where appropriate. These descriptions do not remove rights relating to defective services.

Payments

Paid features must show their contents, price, currency, applicable charges and delivery conditions before an order. Do not assume a button, return URL or pending payment is a successful purchase. See Purchases & refunds and any specific terms presented at checkout.

Restrictions, removal and review

Access or content may be restricted to address misuse, security problems, legal obligations or breaches of these rules. Where appropriate, the affected user should receive a reason and a way to challenge the decision. Use the contact page to request review; include the notice or content reference. Urgent safety or legal situations can require action before notice.

Availability and responsibility

Features may be updated, paused or retired. Keep exports of work that matters to you. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that user-provided content is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.

Copyright and licenses

©2026 Pattalium applies to Pattalium's own website and interface materials. It does not claim ownership of user content, third-party artwork, samples, fonts or open-source software. Their respective licenses and credits remain in force. Pattalium Music source and license remain available.

Changes and applicable rights

The revision date identifies these terms. Material changes affecting an ongoing service or purchase need appropriate notice and any agreement required by law. These terms do not choose away mandatory protections or access to competent courts available under applicable law.
