Scope and contact
Pattalium is the name used for this collection of experiences. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@rgg.me. Include the experience and account username involved. Never send a password, recovery code, wallet secret or payment login.
Information and purposes
- Account and security
- Username, display name, password hash, account identifiers, profile choices, passkey public credentials, recovery and session records, access permissions and security events support sign-in, account recovery and fraud prevention. Connected experiences receive an account reference and the access information needed for that experience; they do not receive your Pattalium password.
- Content and communication
- Synthoverse and community tools process posts, messages, uploads, audiences, reactions, reports and profile information you provide. Public content is available to others and may be copied or indexed. Private audiences restrict access in the service; they cannot prevent an authorized recipient from making a copy.
- Creative work
- Music, audio mastering and other account tools process projects and files you choose to save or upload. Browser-only tools keep their working files on your device unless you choose an upload or sharing feature. DIFRXN processes prompts, companion conversations, job information and generated files for requested features; its service-specific notice explains those uses.
- Games and device tools
- Games can store settings and progress locally, and account-enabled games can save progress or publish scores when you use those features. K32 browser tools request device permissions for the connection or flashing operation you choose. The local Android and firmware behavior is described separately in K32's privacy notice.
- Palyxen and purchases
- Wallet addresses, balances, transfers, mining proofs, rewards, purchase references and settlement records support the managed PALXN network. Explorer information can be public. Public ledger records may remain after an account is closed. Do not put personal or confidential information into public transaction data.
- Operational information
- Hosting and security services process request paths, times, network addresses or derived network identifiers, browser information, errors and access events to deliver the service and investigate misuse.
Legal grounds
Account features and requested services use data needed to perform our agreement with you. Security, abuse prevention and necessary service diagnostics rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights and a proportionate use of data. Records required by applicable law rely on legal obligations. Optional tracking or other features that require consent must remain off until you opt in; you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Agreeing to terms is separate from giving optional privacy consent.
Local console audio
The BIOS soundtracks are audio files served directly by pattalium.com. Playback follows your sound and volume settings and pauses when you leave the page. No third-party player is loaded for the BIOS music.
Who receives information
Other people receive content according to your sharing choices. Pattalium's connected services exchange the identifiers and permissions necessary for sign-in and features you request. Authorized operators can access information for support, security and moderation. Cloudflare processes traffic for delivery and protection. If you choose a purchase, PayPal processes payment information under its own notice; Pattalium stores order and payment status rather than your PayPal password or complete card details. Following a third-party link takes you to that provider's service and policies.
Some providers operate internationally. Applicable transfer safeguards and provider arrangements depend on the service and processing location; contact us for information about the provider and safeguards relevant to your request.
Retention and deletion
Account information, cloud projects and content remain while needed to provide the account or requested service, until removed through available controls or a verified request, subject to necessary security and legal retention. Transaction, dispute, moderation and security records can need longer retention than the content itself. Backups can retain earlier copies until their rotation removes them. Public ledger records and copies independently made by other people cannot necessarily be removed with your account.
Browser drafts and saves remain until the feature clears them or you remove site data. Signing out does not necessarily erase guest saves or local files. See storage details before clearing data.
Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction, or objection to processing, and withdraw consent where used. Pattalium Account provides account export and security controls; individual services have their own content and audience controls. You can also make a request by email without signing in. We may need proportionate identity verification to avoid disclosing another person's data.
You may complain to your local data protection authority. In the EEA, the EDPB directory lists supervisory authorities. Contacting us first is optional.
Children and automated features
Use must meet the age and parental-permission requirements applicable to you and the particular service. Do not provide children's personal data to features that are not appropriate for them. Rate limits, fraud checks, moderation tools and reward calculations can make automated operational decisions. Contact us to challenge an account or content restriction and request review. AI output can be inaccurate; it is not a substitute for professional advice.
Changes
The revision date identifies this notice. Material changes to data uses require an updated notice and, where required, a new choice before optional processing begins.
